What we do
Logistics roles sit between the dock and the office, and they are harder to fill than either. A dispatcher has to manage drivers, customers and hours-of-service rules at once. A customs clerk has to get documentation right the first time or the shipment sits. A 3PL account coordinator is the customer's whole experience of your company. Generic administrative recruiting does not find these people.
We recruit for the freight sector around Pearson, along the 407 and in the intermodal corridors of Brampton and Vaughan. That means candidates who have worked in TMS and WMS systems, who understand cross-border paperwork, and who are used to the pace of a terminal at four in the afternoon.

How we screen logistics candidates
Software, paperwork and pace are the three things that separate a good coordinator from someone who lasts a month.

Do you recruit for night and weekend dispatch?
Yes. Dispatch runs around the clock and so do we. Night-desk roles are filled from candidates who have worked overnight before, not day staff who are willing to try.
Which logistics systems do your candidates know?
Across the database: SAP, Oracle, Manhattan, HighJump and other WMS platforms; CargoWise, Descartes and Magaya for forwarding; and a range of TMS products. Tell us your stack and we filter for it.
Can you place bilingual coordinators?
French, Punjabi, Hindi, Mandarin, Cantonese, Spanish and other languages are common among our logistics candidates. Bilingual French is the most frequent request and the one we plan for.
What do logistics coordinators earn in the GTA?
Pay is set by each client. Across our placements, coordinators and dispatchers typically run $22 to $30 an hour, customs and documentation clerks $21 to $28, and analysts and senior coordinators $55,000 to $75,000 on a permanent basis.
