Of course. We do our best to provide immediate service — sometimes by the next business day — based on the job description and responsibilities, the number of employees requested, and the location.
All employees must complete our orientation and onboarding. Can you accommodate this?
Absolutely. Every workplace has its own requirements and procedures. We work with you to ensure placed employees complete your specific orientation and onboarding before starting their assignments.
What do temp-to-perm and direct hire mean?
Temp-to-perm means an employee starts as a temporary worker with the option to become permanent after a trial period. Direct hire means we recruit candidates specifically for a permanent position with your company from day one.
Do you have a WSIB clearance certificate?
Yes. Assured Employment Services maintains current WSIB clearance certificates and all required insurance coverage, and stays in full compliance with workplace safety and insurance requirements.
