Our Markham office is 30 minutes from downtown by Highway 404 and the DVP, outside rush hour.
Toronto's industrial employment has moved to its edges: South Etobicoke along the Queensway, Evans Avenue and Kipling; Rexdale along Highway 27 and Carlingview beside Pearson; North York's Keele–Finch and Dufferin–Finch parks; the Stockyards and the Junction; and the Port Lands. Food and beverage processing, packaging, film and event logistics, courier and last-mile delivery, and building-products distribution are the mainstays.
Downtown and midtown are a different business: reception, administrative and executive assistants, data entry and customer service, accounts payable and receivable, and legal and medical office support for firms in the financial core, Liberty Village, Yonge–Eglinton and the hospital district.
We recruit for both from Markham with a Toronto candidate base built over nine years. Toronto is also where the largest share of our placed workers commute from, to Markham, Vaughan and Mississauga, so we understand the transit realities in detail.

Getting to work in Toronto
The TTC reaches almost every industrial pocket, though not always quickly: South Etobicoke via Kipling and Islington stations and the 44 Kipling South and 110 Islington South; Rexdale via the 191 Highway 27 Rocket and 45 Kipling; North York via Finch West station and the Finch, Keele and Dufferin buses. Downtown offices are a subway ride.
Blue Night buses cover the major arterials after the subway closes, which keeps Etobicoke and North York night shifts staffable. Rexdale sites off Carlingview and Attwell are where we check transportation most carefully.
For downtown office placements we favour candidates on the subway lines or the GO network. A temp who is late in week one will not be extended in week three.

Do you place office staff downtown?
Yes. Reception, administrative and executive assistants, data entry, customer service and accounting support for the financial core, Liberty Village and midtown, on temporary coverage for leaves, vacations and projects, temp-to-perm, and direct hire.
Can you cover a same-day absence in Toronto?
Usually, for general labour, packaging and dock roles in Etobicoke and North York. Office coverage works best with a day's notice so we can match skills and software.
What do Toronto industrial and office roles pay?
Pay is set by each client. General labour typically runs $18 to $21 an hour, forklift $20 to $26, and administrative roles $20 to $28 an hour or $42,000 to $58,000 for permanent hires. Downtown roles often include a transit allowance.
Do you handle payroll for the people you place?
Yes. Temporary and temp-to-perm workers are on our payroll, including WSIB, source deductions, vacation and statutory-holiday pay. Direct hires go on yours from day one.
