Warehouse work in Mississauga
Warehouse jobs in Mississauga split into two kinds. Around Pearson and along Derry Road, freight terminals and forwarders hire dock workers, cargo handlers and forklift operators, often with a criminal record check for airside access and a shift premium. In Heartland, along Dixie Road and in Meadowvale, retail distribution centres and manufacturers hire pickers, packers, inventory clerks and shippers, with strong fourth-quarter demand.
MiWay's 7 Airport, 42 Derry and 57 Courtneypark serve the airport-area terminals; the 43 Matheson–Argentia crosses Heartland and Meadowvale; the Milton GO line and Malton GO connect from Toronto and Brampton. Pay in Mississauga warehouses typically runs $18 to $21 an hour for general roles and $20 to $26 for forklift and dock work.

Dixie–Eglinton and the Gateway (Dixie Road at the 401)
Mixed distribution and light manufacturing alongside corporate offices. Shippers and receivers, order pickers, and office and customer-service roles.
Meadowvale Business Park
Pharmaceutical, food and consumer-goods manufacturing and head offices. Production staff for GMP environments, packaging, quality assurance and administrative support.
Heartland and Britannia (Kennedy to Mavis)
Big-box distribution and retail supply chain. Pickers, packers, inventory clerks and forklift operators, with seasonal surges in the fourth quarter.
Clarkson and Lakeshore West
Heavy industry and building-materials plants. General labour, machine operators and maintenance support.

Warehouse jobs
Warehouse work is the largest category of jobs we fill. Retail and grocery distribution centres, third-party logistics buildings, e-commerce fulfilment, import and parts distribution and cold storage all need the same core roles: people who pick and pack orders accurately, load and unload trailers, keep inventory straight and move product safely.

Getting there
Getting to work in Mississauga
MiWay covers Mississauga densely. The 7 Airport, 42 Derry and 57 Courtneypark serve the Pearson-area terminals, the 43 Matheson–Argentia crosses the Heartland and Meadowvale industrial lands, and the 107 Malton Express runs from Islington subway station. The Milton GO line (Dixie, Cooksville, Erindale, Streetsville, Meadowvale and Lisgar) and the Kitchener line at Malton GO connect from Toronto and Brampton.
Toronto workers reach Pearson-area sites in 40 to 60 minutes via Kipling station and the airport buses; Brampton and Malton residents are usually 20 minutes away. Overnight shifts near the airport have reasonable coverage because the airport itself runs 24 hours. Meadowvale and Clarkson after midnight do not.
By car, the 401, 403, 410 and 407 put most sites within 15 minutes of anywhere in Peel. Parking is free. The Dixie–401 interchange and Derry Road near the airport are the slow spots at shift change.

Do I need experience to get a warehouse job?
No. Many of our warehouse placements are entry level. Reliability, safety footwear and the ability to work a full shift on your feet are what employers ask for. Experience and certifications move you into higher-paid roles.
How quickly can I start?
